Top 3 least rewarding aspects of being an NP:
1.  Medical document requirements
2.  Administrative and workplace politics
3.  TIE BETWEEN
     –  Pressure to see a certain number of patients each day
     –  Work / life balance


Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Career Satisfaction:
     –  Increased job satisfaction – 6%
     –  Decreased job satisfaction – 50%
     –  Unchanged job satisfaction – 6%


NPs Experiencing Job Cut Backs in 2023:
     –  24% not given an annual raise
      –  7% had their work hours reduced
     –  2% were laid off
     –  2% were required to change from full-time to part-time employment
